Woody Allen: Sex noci svätojánskej

A dynamic, slightly whimsical yet intellectual comedy set in 1905. Intellectual Andrew Hobbs and his shy wife Adriana are going through a marital crisis. Their country estate is visited for the weekend by cousin Leopold and his fiancée Ariel, who happens to be the unfulfilled love of the host. A whirlwind of passion and humor ensues, aided by Dr. Maxwell and his frivolous partner Dulcy. All six characters fall under the spell of a midsummer night's magic, leading to a resolution you won't want to miss!

The psychological depth of Allen's characters and the specific construction of dialogues and situations guarantee a unique experience. The MDT production focuses on the mutual relationship between nature and the biological aspect of human beings while working with the poetics of magical realism.
