Woody Allen: Sex noci svätojánskej

A dynamic, slightly whimsical yet intellectual comedy set in 1905. Intellectual Andrew Hobbs and his shy wife Adriana are going through a partnership crisis. Their countryside residence is visited for the weekend by cousin Leopold and his fiancée Ariel. However, she is the unfulfilled love of the master of the house. A whirlwind of passion and humor unfolds thanks to Doctor Maxwell and his frivolous partner Dulcy. All six characters succumb to the charm of Midsummer Night, after which the resolution comes that you won’t want to miss!

The psychological depth of Allen’s characters and the specific construction of dialogues and situations guarantee a unique experience. The MDT production focuses on the mutual relationship between nature and the biological aspect of humans while incorporating the poetics of magical realism.
