Are you logical? Do you have no experience with meditation, or do you feel like you're doing it wrong when you meditate? Your mind can't grasp it, your body is restless, but somewhere inside you feel that there's something to it? You're in the right place. Keep reading.
The goal of this meeting is simply and inspiringly to clarify for you, my dear ones, how through meditation you will discover the beauty of inner peace, balance, and lightness.
The workshop is led by Beáta Liptáková MBA, a mother, holder of the Science Of Well-Being certificate from Yale University, who brings an atmosphere of harmony and contentment into your lives. She is a teacher of the ancient art of Chi Kung, a passionate guide for life changes, an inspirer, and a speaker on topics of health, beauty, and longevity. Her experience in management psychology brings satisfaction and healthy engagement to her work.
Bea is a passionate follower of neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenza, who has demystified meditation with evidence credible to today's modern person. He has brought it into the lives of many people and literally changed their lives. Bea has been practicing meditation for 5 years, sharing her own experiences and the experiences of those who have felt the effects of meditation firsthand, passing these stories on to you.
You will learn where you most often make mistakes… and that it's not actually a mistake at all. You will learn deep breathing and how to use it to calm your mind. You will gain guidance on how to disconnect from negative feelings and focus your attention on one reference point that will help you flow in the present.
At the meeting, you will have the opportunity to use the space for questions, discussions, and sharing experiences in the group.
With joy, we bring you the opportunity to register for a newly opening course on meditation for beginners, which will start in May 2024.
The workshop starts from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New You studio on Bezručova Street 64 in Trenčín
I recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start.
The meeting lasts 120 minutes with two 10-minute breaks.
You will receive a "Introduction to Meditation" booklet where you can take notes.
Bring a pen with you.
Part of the meeting includes a relaxation meditation of expansive awareness. Together we will discover the power of our breath, fully relax, and connect our inner and outer worlds to achieve the highest level of harmonization of body, mind, and psyche.
It's good to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. You may bring a mat, pillow, and blanket for lying down meditation if you wish.
We provide meditation cushions.
We will gladly ensure refreshments and a small snack.
