Experience a story filled with tension, a desire for power, humor, and above all, love.

The original musical The Well of Love based on the most beautiful Slovak tale tells the story of love between the Turkish merchant Omar and his dear Fatima, who was imprisoned by Count Zápoľský at Trenčín Castle. The play also offers an attractive perspective on male-female relationships, focusing on the relationship between the Zápoľský couple and the romantic entanglements of the castle captain Tomáš Zamarovský. All this is set against the historical backdrop of the election of a new king of Hungary, who needs to marry the widow of King Matěj Korvín, Beatrix of Aragon. Humor in the production is provided by the castle jester and the guards.

A free adaptation of the novel The Well of Love by Jožo Nižnánsky, filled with music, dances, fencing, and laughter.
