I conduct the workshop regularly every year, and it has become very popular. I have amazing feedback about how you are making your dreams come true, feeling more satisfied with yourself, the decisions you make, starting to exercise, eating better, improving your relationships, changing jobs.

The aim of the meeting is to playfully and inspiringly clarify for you, my dear ones, how to improve your life, reset your mind, and make challenging situations stop bothering and frustrating you.

But most importantly, you will gain the opportunity to apply new knowledge in your life. With the inspirations in the workbook, you will find out how to recharge your energy from sources you did not know before.

The workshop is led by Beáta Liptáková MBA, mother, management psychologist, holder of The Science Of Well-Being certificate from Yale University, Chi Gong instructor, life change guide, inspirer, and speaker on topics of self-knowledge, joy of life, and job satisfaction.

I recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start.
The meeting lasts 90 minutes with one 10-minute break.

You will receive an interactive workbook, Happiness Guide, for your notes and wow moments. We need your email to send the workbook electronically.
