Slovenské národné divadlo: Morena

A small probe into the inner world of a woman in her thirties brings plenty of music, humorous and touching situations, and one man portrayed by Matúš Kvietik, who may have a completely different perspective on it all.

Dominika Kavaschová and Andrea Bučková unveil the female self in a generational statement, expressing a desire to scream, cry, go wild, and understand what must die within us in order to be reborn and fully live here and now. Is turning thirty really a milestone in our lives that we must meet society's or our own expectations? How do women experience it, and why do men sometimes seem to not understand them at all?

A humorous and poignant performance about today's times, relationships, desires, and downfalls.

The production is part of the adventurous dramaturgy line, where the Slovak National Theatre's Drama collaborates with independent creators and groups.

The production Morena was created as a co-production collaboration between the per. ART association and the Slovak National Theatre's Drama.

This performance is suitable for audiences aged 12 and above.
