Fraud as a Lifestyle - cheating as a job, art, the meaning of life. Gogol's intelligent comedy without a positive character offers not only a socially-critical portrayal of a world where there is no place for moral ideals but also a tragicomic story of human ambition. Thanks to its pragmatic, cynically straightforward language, it is open to contemporary interpretations. The production, directed by the artistic head of the Slovak Chamber Theatre, Lukáš Brutovský, continues in the dramaturgical line of returns to the pinnacle works of Russian classics and will provide space primarily for the young generation of actors from the Martin theater.

The performance lasts 95 minutes without an intermission.
