The goal of the meeting is to teach you to consciously harness the power of coherent breathing for the harmonization of body and mind, reduction of stress and pain, and support for vitality, health, and beauty.

The meeting includes a coherent breathing training. Together we will learn how to breathe coherently so that you can practice at home comfortably.

The workshop is led by Beáta Liptáková MBA, a mother, holder of the The Science Of Well-Being certificate from Yale University, Qigong instructor, mentor - guide for life changes.

A pleasant stimulating atmosphere where you will feel at home. We provide hydration, comfortable relaxation mats, and space for rest and focus.

What to bring with you?

Comfortable clothing and footwear. A notebook and a pen.

I recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start.

The meeting lasts 90 minutes with one 10-minute break.
