The rock & roll band PARTIA from Žilina is a unique musical group of young talented musicians for whom live music is a natural expression of their passion and lifestyle. Although each member has rich experience in the music scene, they united in the current lineup in 2020 to bring fresh energy and innovation to Slovak music.

The foundation of our creation is Slovak folk songs, which we transform in a unique combination of tradition and contemporary musical elements. This modern approach appeals to fans across generations. In addition to folk arrangements, we also offer original compositions that are gaining an increasing audience not only in Slovakia but also in the Czech Republic. So far, we have released three CDs, one of which is purely original, featuring our biggest hit "Slovenskú krajinu," which has won the hearts of listeners across the country.

Our sound is a mix of traditional and modern instruments, including the heligonka, accordion, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, and keyboards. This unique combination gives our music a characteristic color and energy. We regularly enrich diverse events with our performances – from concerts to festivals and television programs, where we are winning over an ever-growing number of supporters.

The band PARTIA is becoming an increasingly popular brand on the Slovak music scene. With our captivating blend of folk-rock style, irresistible compositions, and dynamic stage shows, we can engage audiences of all ages – from young teenagers to the oldest music lovers.
