Consent to the processing of photographs

Consent of the ticket buyer and the audience member at the event for the processing of photographs according to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council 

As audience members and participants in the event for which we have purchased tickets, we hereby grant the event organizer, or the agency that secures and organizes the event, consent for the processing of our likenesses (photographs) for advertising and promotional purposes: 

• publication of photographs from the event on the website of the Agency, performing artists, and
• publication of photographs from the event on social media Facebook and YOU TUBE 
• with the aim of presenting the work of the Agency, performances of artists, and authors to the public. 

Providing photographs as well as granting customers consent for their publication is voluntary. Audience members and participants in the event can withdraw their consent at any time by delivering a written withdrawal to the event organizer. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the day it is delivered. 

Those affected declare that the photographs from the event for presentation and advertising are current and that the consent for their publication has been given freely, without pressure, and those photographed at the event agree to their use for the purpose defined in point 1.
