The favorite music band successfully performs at events throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic. 

Ľudovít Kašuba and Martina Kreibich work closely with TV Šláger and Senzi TV. They have released several CDs and DVDs. Their motto is that music heals. They feel the best when their songs bring smiles to people's lips. 

The cheerful, melodic popular songs mainly come from the original creative work of Ľudovít Kašuba. Their concerts always leave every viewer with an unforgettable experience.

Consent to processing of photographs

Consent of the interested party to purchase a ticket and the audience at the event to process photographs according to Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 2016/679 

As audience members and participants at the event for which we purchased tickets, we hereby give the event organizer, or the agency that provides and organizes the event, consent to process our likenesses (photographs) for the purpose of advertising and promotion: 

• publication of photographs from the event on the website of the agency, performing artists and
• publication of photographs from the event on social media platforms such as Facebook and YOU TUBE 
• for the purpose of presenting the agency's work, artists' performances, and authors to the public. 

Providing photographs, as well as granting customer consent for their publication, is voluntary. Viewers and participants at the event can revoke their consent at any time by submitting a written revocation of consent to the event organizer. The revocation of consent is effective on the day it is delivered. 

The concerned parties declare that the photographs from the event for presentation and advertising are current, and consent for their publication was granted freely, without coercion, and the parties photographed at the event agree to their use for the purpose defined in point 1.
