Ľudovít Kašuba and Martina Kreibich closely collaborate with TV Šláger and Senzi TV. They have released several CDs and DVDs. Their motto is that music heals. They feel their best when their songs bring smiles to people's faces. 

Cheerful, melodic popular songs mostly come from the original work of Ľudovít Kašuba. Their concerts always leave an unforgettable experience for every audience member.

Consent to the processing of photographs

Consent of the ticket buyer and the viewer at the event for the processing of photographs according to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 

As viewers and participants in the event for which we purchased tickets, we hereby grant the event organizer, or the Agency organizing the event, consent to process our likenesses (photographs) for the purpose of advertising and promotion: 

• the publication of photographs from the event on the Agency's website and the performances of artists
• the publication of photographs from the event on social media Facebook and YOU TUBE 
• with the aim of presenting the work of the Agency, the performances of artists and authors to the public. 

Providing photographs, as well as granting consent by customers for their publication is voluntary. Viewers and participants in the event may withdraw their consent at any time by delivering a written withdrawal of consent to the event organizer. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the day it is delivered. 

The concerned parties declare that the photographs from the event for presentation and advertising are current, and that consent for their publication has been given freely, without pressure, and the individuals photographed at the event consent to their use for the purpose outlined in point 1.
