The popular music group performs successfully at events across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Ľudovít Kašuba and Martina Kreibichová also closely collaborate with TV Šlágr and Senzi TV. They have released several CDs and DVDs. Their motto is that music heals. They feel best when their songs bring a smile to people's faces.

Consent to the processing of photographs

The consent of a potential ticket buyer and event attendee to the processing of photographs according to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679.

As spectators and participants of the event for which we have purchased tickets, and thus data subjects, we hereby grant the event organizer, or the agency that manages and organizes the event, consent to the processing of our likenesses (photographs) for the purposes of advertising and promotion:

• publication of photographs from the event on the agency's websites, featuring artists.
• publication of photographs from the event on social media Facebook and YOU TUBE. 
• for the purpose of presenting the work of the Agency, artists, and original performances to the public.

The provision of photographs, as well as the consent of customers to their publication, is voluntary. Audience members and event participants can revoke consent at any time by delivering a written withdrawal of consent to the event organizer. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the date of delivery.

The concerned persons declare that the photographs taken at the event for the purpose of presentation and advertising are current and that the consent to their publication was granted voluntarily without pressure and that the concerned persons photographed at the event agree to their use for the purpose defined in point 1.
