The popular music group successfully performs at events throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Ľudovít Kašuba and Martina Kreibichová also closely collaborate with TV Šlágr and Senzi TV. They have released several CDs and DVDs. Their motto is that music heals. They feel best when their songs bring a smile to people's faces.

Cheerful, melodic popular songs mostly come from the original work of Ľudovít Kašuba. Their concerts always leave an unforgettable experience in every audience member.

Consent to the processing of photographs

Consent of the potential ticket buyer and event spectator to the processing of photographs according to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 2016/679.

As spectators and participants of the event for which we have purchased tickets, and thus data subjects, we hereby grant the event organizer, or the agency that manages and organizes the event, consent to the processing of our likenesses (photographs) for the purpose of advertising and promotion:

• publication of photographs from the event on the agency's website, of the performing artists.
• publication of photographs from the event on the social network Facebook and YOU TUBE.
• for the purpose of presenting the work of the Agency, artists, and original performances to the public.

Providing photographs, as well as customer consent to their publication, is voluntary. Audience members and event participants can withdraw their consent at any time by delivering a written withdrawal of consent to the event organizer. The withdrawal of consent is effective on the day of delivery.

The affected persons declare that the photographs taken at the event for the purpose of presentation and advertising are current and that the consent for their publication was granted voluntarily without pressure and that the affected persons photographed at the event agree to their use for the purpose defined in point 1.
