Philosopher and writer Milan Šimečka is one of the most prominent Czechoslovak figures of the 20th century. His gripping life and original work will be narrated in a new graphic novel at a time when the government is once again striving for the "restoration of order." What happens when utopia turns into a prison? And a dream becomes a nightmare? 

The regime that he helped strengthen ultimately dismissed him from work, harassed him, and ruined his health while he was in custody. The true story is based on extensive research in the archives of secret services, samizdat libraries, and testimonies from generational peers and eyewitnesses. Who was the writer's wife, Eva? What role did love and fatherhood play in his tragic life?
