We invite you to the presentation of the book Everyday Aesthetics by Japanese-American aesthetician Yuriko Saito. The translator Jozef Kovalčik will talk about the book.
Is the transience of beauty and aging merely a negative phenomenon? When is disorder aesthetically acceptable? Why are we taught to take care of our appearance but not to judge people by their cover?
The book Everyday Aesthetics offers answers not only to these questions but also to many others that we confront daily. The excellent aesthetician Yuriko Saito takes them seriously and offers thought-provoking, unexpected, and inspiring responses.
Moderator: Magda Švecová
