The cacao ceremony is a ritual, a gathering of people in openness and authenticity, a celebration of nature and a connection with the Earth, as well as with oneself and one's intuition.
Cacao is also said to be the food of the gods. It has a high content of antioxidants, minerals, and healthy fats.
The cacao ceremony is often combined with other activities, such as dancing, creative expression, or breath work.

Ecstatic dance is a great opportunity to experience oneself directly without drugs or alcohol in intuitive dance. It is a way to turn off the mind and attune to the heart. To stop, take a breath, and let the mind and body flow in the moment. Ecstatic dance is about connection - with oneself, one's heart, emotions, music, and presence. Each dance is an opportunity to dive deep and fully experience what is.

The musical set will be complemented by live singing from a fabulous singer and flute virtuoso, where the personal experience from the music will also be an ecstatic emotional experience enhanced by vocal accompaniment.

Through singing and dancing, we transform ourselves and the world.

You will be guided through the program by Janka Čučová and Danniah Jüthnerová.
