The cacao ceremony is a ritual, a gathering of people in openness and authenticity; it is a celebration of nature and a connection to the Earth, as well as to oneself and one's intuition.
Cacao is also referred to as the food of the Gods. It has a high content of antioxidants, minerals, and healthy fats.
The cacao ceremony is often combined with other activities such as dancing, creative expression, or breathwork.

Ecstatic dance is a great opportunity to experience yourself fully without drugs or alcohol through intuitive dance. It is a way to turn off the mind and tune into your heart. To stop, take a breath, and allow the mind and body to flow in the moment. Ecstatic dance is about connection - with oneself, one's heart, emotions, music, and presence. Every dance is an opportunity to dive deep and fully experience the present moment.

The musical set will be complemented by live vocals from a fabulous singer and flute virtuoso, where the personal experience of music will be an ecstatic emotional experience enhanced by vocal accompaniment.

Through song and dance, we transform ourselves and change the world.
