Gleb - Trenčín

One of the most prominent faces of Slovak rap will perform at KKC Hviezda. The evening will be opened by the band Spicy India and will be concluded with a party in the club featuring DJ PAXY.

Gleb Veselov, known by his stage name Gleb, is a Slovak rapper originally from Russia. His work is significantly influenced by the electronic scene of the United Kingdom, characterized by styles such as grime, drum and bass, boom bap, bass, or glitch hop in his productions. He has been rapping from a young age and often mentions that he was significantly shaped by the environment and street culture of the Bratislava neighborhood Ružinov. He released his first album titled Bombaklad mixtape in 2009, but he began to gain wider recognition with the mixtape Stanica Zoo in 2013. His debut album Lavička Pimpin achieved remarkable success.

The music group Spicy India is a rap ensemble consisting of two rappers and one producer/DJ. They create music that incorporates orchestral elements and traditional instruments from various cultures into rap beats. In terms of vocalists, they strive to mix rap and singing.

PAXY is a drum and bass producer and DJ from Trenčín. He has been involved in production for approximately six years and has two EPs, several remixes, and singles to his name. He began his DJ career three years later and has since had the opportunity to support global names such as Chase & Status, Wilkinson, Sub Focus, Dimension, Hedex, and others behind the decks. He can adapt his selection excellently to the event, preferring a fast mix of mainly dancefloor tracks, which he enjoys combining with other sub-genres of DnB.
