Autumn 2024 brought several significant events in the life of the band Fermata and its main protagonist Fero Griglák. A new book monograph about the band hit the shelves of bookstores, and after more than thirty years, the well-known albums Simile and Real Time were also re-released, which opened a new chapter in the band's life in the first half of the nineties. However, last autumn, Fermata returned to the concert stages after four years and performed a series of highly successful concerts in ten Slovak cities, receiving great acclaim from their fans.

After a year, Fermata is going on tour again, continuing to celebrate five decades of the band's existence. Fans can look forward to not only the most famous songs from the albums Huascaran, Simile, or Blumental blues. A remarkable lineup of Fermata will take the stage – keyboard player Matej “Maxo” Mikloš, bassist Tamás Belicza, and the special guest during the tour will be the top-notch instrumentalist and drummer Martin Valihora. The Fermata 50+ Anniversary Tour 2025 is supported by public sources from the Fund for the Support of Arts and the Social and Cultural Fund SOZA.
