Geneva Philharmonic. The dressing room of internationally acclaimed conductor H. P. Miller shortly after one of his concerts. The orchestra did not perform well, so Miller is angry. He just wants to shower and go home. However, his great admirer León Dinkel comes into the dressing room, claiming that he traveled all the way from Belgium just to pay his respects to the maestro. Miller cannot get rid of the annoying Dinkel, who refuses to leave the dressing room at any cost. Miller wants to call the police, but when he sees an old photograph that Dinkel brought, everything changes. With the old photograph, Miller's terrifying, long-hidden past enters the dressing room. Who is León Dinkel really? What does he truly want? Who will leave the dressing room at the end of the conversation?

The play False Note had its world premiere at the Off d'Avignon festival in 2017 and subsequently moved to the Théâtre Michel in Paris. A strong story full of tension with a masterfully constructed plot places the viewer in the role of a judge. The Hamlet-like spirit of the play reveals the truth of the past and tears away the masks that cover the true faces of both protagonists, who play a "chess game" against each other. The audience witnesses the gradual psychological collapse of a person who first attempts to save his reputation and then his very life in a game he is forced to play against his will.

The production was created in collaboration with the Slovak National Theatre and the Theatre without Masks, o.z., with financial support from the SPP Foundation and the Tatra Bank Foundation.

The production is suitable for audiences aged 15 and over.
