Erik Šulc

Erik Šulc is a singer and the founder of the band Medial Banana, who in his solo work focuses on synthpop and indie pop with a strong influence from the 80s. His debut album "Radiohood" (2024), which was meticulously post-produced and mixed by Lukáš Zdurienčík (Blame Your Genes), showcases his new musical direction and earned him the Discovery of the Year award at the Radio_Head Awards 2023. He performs live with a band consisting of Martin Krajčír (Isobutane), Miloš Bulík, and Lukáš Zdurienčík. However, the project often plays in smaller formations while always maintaining its characteristic sound and atmosphere, where retro aesthetics meet current musical approaches.
