Divadlo Morgonrock: „O čertovi Kolofónovi“

Marionette Adventure Comedy.

The performance "About the Devil Kolofón" is a delight for both young and old audiences. A mix of devilish fairy tales, folk tales, the Wild West, and romantic comedies serves as a recipe for unforgettable entertainment with classic marionette puppets. The main character, the devil Kolofón, has a tough job; life isn’t just about licking the pot in hell, and his coming-of-age story begins when Lucifer sends him to Earth to bring back at least two disobedient children. The plot picks up when Kolofón meets Janko and Marienka, who decide to turn him into a proper devil.

The performance premiered in 2015 and has since seen more than 300 reprises at festivals and events across Slovakia, including events like Pohoda, Fest Anča, Scénická žatva Martin, and Hviezdne noci Bytča. The story of Kolofón was published in a revised book edition in 2017.
