A grotesque story with a vegetarian undertone about two piglets journeying for happiness.
Is it better to be a human or a pig in the world?
The brothers Budkáčik and Dubkáčik happily grunt over a full trough day after day. They lack nothing for happiness until they discover how bitter the fate of a fat piglet can be. They shake their pen and set off on two legs into the world of humans. Besides homes on wheels, carousels, and fun crafts, they also encounter the dark side. Why can't they root in the flower beds, why can't they indulge in the full sacks of wheat in the mill, and why don’t girls like the perfumes that the brothers mixed according to their piglet taste on Easter? And for all this, do they end up in prison? Is there really no place for them in the world? The touching journey for happiness will have a happy ending. Come to see that under every pig mask, there is a feeling and thinking living being.
