Is it better for a human or a pig to be in this world?

The brothers Budkáčik and Dubkáčik blissfully grunt above a full trough day after day. They lack nothing for happiness until they realize how bitter the fate of a fattened pig can be. They rock their sty and set out on two legs into the human world. Besides homes on wheels, carousels, and entertaining crafts, they also discover the dark side. Why are they not allowed to root in the flower bed, why can’t they enjoy the full sacks of wheat in the mill, and why don’t the girls like the perfumes they mixed according to their piggy taste for Easter? And for all this, do they end up in jail? Is there really no place in the world for them? This touching journey for happiness ends well. Come and see that beneath every mask of a pig lies a feeling and thinking living being.
