We live in a time of high demands, constant changes, and information overload. How can we maintain inner peace, stability, energy, and mental resilience without burning out?

We will seek answers at the spring event of the NGO WOMEN FOR THEMSELVES – Trnava | How to discover inner strength.
 

What have we prepared for you? 

The first guest, Ms. PhDr. Zuzana Čmelíková, PhD., in her lecture “Restart Yourself for Life” will provide a practical perspective on resilience and conscious energy management. Participants will learn how to recognize their energy leaks, how to effectively deal with stress, and how to create their own system for regular “internal restarts.” The goal is to leave with specific tools that can be immediately applied in both work and personal life. Ms. Zuzana works as a Leadership & Resilience Development Professional at Forvis Mazars in Slovakia and is a guarantee of expertise and professionalism in the field of inner strength and resilience. 

Our second esteemed guest for the moderated discussion will be Ms. PhDr. Eva Nemčovská, PhD., MPH, the second deputy mayor of Trnava, whose priority areas of work include social issues, education, and sports. We look forward to discussing her views on inner strength, the moments that have shaped her, and what has helped and continues to help her during challenging times and in the demanding environment of public life. We believe that her experience and authenticity can be a strong inspiration for many women.

The final part of our event is traditionally the interactive section “Discussion Tables”.  Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, inspire one another, and name what helps them in difficult moments.
