59. ročník Slávnosti spevu, hudby a tanca Červeník 2024

The celebrations of singing, music, and dance in Červeník will take place for the 59th time. A rich three-day program focused on the traditional folk culture of the Lower Považie region and its surroundings. The event offers a program for all age groups, including numerous accompanying events.

Friday:

• 6:00 PM Balkanasmabel & Verešvaranka
  Opening of the 59th edition of the Singing, Music, and Dance Festival Červeník 2024. Concert BALKANSAMBEL & VEREŠVARANKA. Both groups work with similar instrumental compositions, but present diametrically different musical styles. The concert of these two ensembles will bring an extraordinary connection and an excellent experience for music connoisseurs.
• 7:30 PM Welcome to Our Place!
  Slovak Cultural and Artistic Society Pivnica Srbsko – folklore ensemble V Pivnickom poli, female singing group soloists
• 8:30 PM Verešvárske Summer Evenings – Milan Vančo “80” - theatrical program dedicated to the personality of the Červeník folklore Milan Vančo
  performing local folklore groups: village folklore group Verešvaran and Verešvár amateurs, children’s folklore ensemble Verešvaranček, brass band Verešvaranka, Children’s Folk Music Little and Young Violinists and Muzika Heskovci Červeník.
• 10:00 PM Verešvársky Dance House - interactive teaching of folk dances for all dance-hungry visitors, dance instructors Alfréd and Martina Lincke will teach the Romani dances of the olaš Roma from Petrovany, with music by NOGABAND

Saturday – FREE ENTRY

• 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Little Craftsmen – creative workshops focused on traditional crafts
• 2:00 PM – Let’s Play, Let’s Dance Together! – program of children’s folklore groups, performing: DFS Verešvaranček Červeník, Trnafské frndule, DFS Trnavček Trnava, DFS Sílešánek Vinodol
• 3:30 PM – Verešvársky Dance House – school for the smallest, instructor: Veronika Príbulová
• 4:00 PM – Ket sme sa tak zešli ... – program of folklore and singing groups and folk music focused on vocal and musical expression of the region
  Performing: DĽH Little and Young Violinists, Muzika Heskovci Červeník, DFSk Špačinčanka Špačince, FidliCanti Horné Orešany, female singing group SKUS Pivnica Srbsko, singing group and Folk Music FS Máj Piešťany
